With over 20 years as a hands-on strategist in global education covering various industries and countries, Carolin has direct experience working internationally in major multinational organizations. She has accumulated a deep understanding of the specific challenges companies encounter when conducting business in a competitive globalized world.
Most recently, she was the Head of Learning Center and Chief Liaison Officer for Festo Didactic in the Greater Cincinnati area. Under Carolin’s leadership the ramp-up of Festo’s flagship learning center in the US was achieved in record time. She spearheaded the collaboration of manufacturing companies, colleges, workforce and community partners to address the skills gap in the US and managed the development of a wide-ranging portfolio of skills trainings as well as the launch of an innovative 2-year apprenticeship program based on the German dual education model. The program in Mechatronics won the Manny Award “Best Apprenticeship Program” and is the first dual education program for Festo in the US. Carolin is also a Festo Certified Training Professional (FCTP).
