About Stephanie

Stephanie Sellman is a dynamic HR Business Partner with 18 years of experience leading and supporting successful HR strategies that meet company goals and achieve desired results. Her diverse experience spans all areas of HR including recruitment and onboarding, policy and process development and implementation, performance management, legal compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development.

Stephanie is passionate about helping global manufacturing and distribution organizations grow. Her specialties include policy and process development and implementation, development of HR metrics, designing and implementing employee engagement programs, and training and development. She is also well versed in manufacturing ISO standards and certification procedures.

Stephanie’s collaborative approach makes her a trusted and successful project leader. She believes a key element of success is fostering a culture of open communication and dialogue and empowering teams to find solutions. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and her Masters Degree in Labor and Employment Relations, both from the University of Cincinnati. Stephanie is currently the President of the Personnel Board for the City of Monroe (Ohio), where she resides with her husband, and their two daughters.
