Thorsten is a senior strategic advisor and senior consultant with more than 25 years’ experience working for multinational companies such as Eastman Kodak, Performance Fibers, Michelman, Curver, developing and executing Operational Excellence and complex global expansion strategies throughout Europe, the US and Asia.

As a senior management executive for large and midsize companies, Thorsten lead and implemented strategic initiatives, efficiency improvements, SG&A management, and commercial excellence with privately held, public and private equity ownerships.

Thorsten’s expertise in developing Project Management Office structures lead to successful design and management of projects in multicultural environment and across multiple continents and time zones. A German native, Thorsten also speaks English, and French.

Thorsten is an active member of the Project Management Institute and a Founding Member of the Rotary Club, FrankfurtEschborn, Germany. Thorsten and his family reside in the USA.

Thorsten holds an Executive MBA in Economics from the Wilhelms University Muenster, Germany, and a BS in Banking from the Banking Academy Augsburg, Germany. Thorsten is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP).
