Bill is a senior strategic advisor, senior consultant and global finance executive with extensive expertise in worldwide accounting practices.
With 35 years of experience in international finance, accounting, mergers & acquisitions, operations and organizational development, Bill’s career spans various industries across 3 continents, ranging from Global 100 to Private Equity owned corporations. His impressive track record as Chief Financial Officer at various companies includes more than 40 acquisitions, several highly successful private equity exits, divestitures of subsidiaries, and initiatives to standardize and improve worldwide accounting and reporting systems. In his most recent leadership role, Bill successfully led the Finance Function at ProMach as it grew from $160M in revenue in 2005 to $850M in 2018.
Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and currently serves on the Advisory Committee of the University of Cincinnati – Clermont College Accounting Department. He is a Member of the Board of the Ward Family Foundation, as well as the Kentucky Lottery Corporation.
Bill is passionate about travel, fluent in German and English, and enjoys tour directing, reading and baseball.
Bill holds a BBA in Accounting from Adelphi University and a Master’s Degree in Theology from Holy Apostles College.
