About Carolin

Carolin is a senior consultant with more than 20 years’ experience supporting international corporations with customized strategies to successfully start their operations in the US. Having worked with numerous global companies across various industry sectors in Europe and the US, Carolin possesses a deep understanding of the specific challenges companies face when conducting business in today’s competitive multi-national markets.

Carolin’s expertise includes all aspects of relocation management and cross-cultural consulting, executive coaching and training, with focus on intercultural skills to avoid costly mistakes. She has designed and conducted numerous international business trainings throughout Europe and North America, and during her most recent assignment as Head of Learning Center and Chief Liaison Officer for a German based, international industrial technology company in Mason, OH, Carolin spearheaded the collaboration of manufacturing companies and colleges, and managed the launch of an award winning, innovative and accredited 2-year apprenticeship program based on the German dual education model.

Carolin is passionate about girls in STEM education and speaks three languages. She currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the German International School in Boston.

Carolin earned a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Brock University, Canada. She obtained a B.A. equivalent in law (Zwischenprüfung) from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, Germany, and an Associate Certificate (Political, Legal, and Economic Systems of the U.S.) from the Universität Augsburg, Germany. Carolin is a Festo Certified Training Professional (FCTP).
