George is a skilled C-level advisor and consultant with over 40 years of senior management experience with mid-sized global materials and equipment manufacturing companies, primarily in the packaging industry. His commercial, operational, financial, and R&D business acumen includes synthesizing complex business models in a digital era into simple objectives, goals, and strategies that drive profitable, long-term sustainable growth. He also has extensive buy and sell side M&A experience including business preparation, building seller value, corporate assessments and appraisals, due diligence, quality of earnings, and post-sale realization of synergies.
He recently retired as President and CEO of Earthfirst® PSi films, where he led the transition of the Company from a traditional petrochemical-based film manufacturer to a global leader in biopolymer packaging films.
George completed his undergraduate studies at Kenyon College earning a double major in Economics and Political Science and attended the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management Executive MBA program. George also studied under world-renowned Harvard professor and management consultant, Ram Charan and global commercial development expert Neil Rackham, founder of the Huthwaite Research Group.
George and his wife reside in Scottsdale Arizona where they enjoy hiking, cycling, and golf.
