Over his 40+ year career with major multinational companies including Honeywell, Gillette, Procter & Gamble, Oral B, Duracell, Braun and P&G Paper, David successfully applied his passion and extensive expertise to lead and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of operations.
David held senior positions in engineering, manufacturing, new product management, and procurement (liquid & aerosol filling, injection molding, materials & capital), during his tenure for these multinational consumer goods giants.
David is a strong advocate for the application of improvement techniques and tools to drive employee engagement and deliver positive results. He is a skilled practitioner of Lean Tools including 5’s, KanBan, Value Stream Mapping, and transformative Kaizen events, and he utilizes the concepts of “Should Cost”, “Visual Floor Management” and “What Gets Measured, Gets Done” as effective tools to illustrate potential and achieve desired results.
David holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and an entrepreneurial-focused MBA from Bason College.
