In a season defined by innovation and collaboration, ALTIX Consulting was proud to support three premier events hosted by the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) Cincinnati: AUTOMATE 2025 (April 5), SUSTAIN 2025 (April 30), and the Annual Gala (May 20). These cornerstone events convened influential leaders from industry, government, and academia to address some of the most urgent challenges and opportunities facing transatlantic industrial companies today.

Each forum aligned with the strategic priorities of European and U.S. leaders—from digital transformation and decarbonization to economic resilience and global competitiveness. For ALTIX, the value lies not in the events themselves, but in the bold conversations they enable—conversations that reinforce our mission to help industrial companies navigate complexity, drive performance, and achieve global growth.

AUTOMATE 2025 – April 5: Innovation in Motion

Held at UC Digital Futures, AUTOMATE 2025 attracted over 90 senior decision-makers to explore how industrial automation, robotics, and AI are reshaping the manufacturing landscape. Presenters from Universal Robots, Rethink Robotics, G90 Engineering, and others brought real-world insight into advanced technologies that are no longer futuristic—they’re operational. A highlight of the day included a tour of UC’s Industry 4.0/5.0 lab, where attendees experienced collaborative robots and digital twins in action.

For global industrial leaders, the event affirmed a critical truth: smart automation is not just about efficiency—it’s about positioning for long-term competitiveness. As companies face skilled labor shortages, rising costs, and demand for mass customization, automation must be implemented with strategic purpose. ALTIX helps organizations develop and execute tailored roadmaps to unlock these capabilities and scale them effectively.

SUSTAIN 2025 – April 30: Building Industrial Resilience Through Sustainability

Hosted by R.A Jones, a Coesia S.p.A. company, SUSTAIN 2025 centered on integrating sustainability into core industrial strategy. From power grid modernization and solar implementation to circular economy practices and emissions tracking, speakers shared how environmental responsibility is becoming a competitive differentiator—not just a regulatory requirement.

Panelists from Coesia, Long-Stanton Manufacturing, Greenplaces, and Rumpke Waste & Recycling emphasized that sustainability drives resilience and investor confidence. As European and U.S. companies prepare for stricter reporting mandates and stakeholder expectations, ALTIX partners with manufacturers to embed sustainability into their operations—delivering both impact and compliance.

ANNUAL GALA 2025 – May 20: A Dialogue of Diplomacy and Economic Partnership

Presented by ALTIX Consulting and held at the Hard Rock Casino, the EACC Annual Gala convened over 400 regional and international leaders for a powerful evening of diplomacy, economics, and vision. Her Excellency Jovita Neliupsiene, Ambassador of the European Union to the United States, delivered a compelling keynote on the evolving U.S.-EU partnership, followed by a fireside discussion with Ambassador Neliupsiene, Portuguese Ambassador Francisco Duarte Lopes, and Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval.

The dialogue addressed global supply chain interdependence, the role of industrial policy in regional development, and Cincinnati’s growing visibility as a strategic location for international investment. These are the very topics ALTIX helps clients navigate—supporting international companies as they establish and scale U.S. operations, optimize site selection, and build agile, high-performing facilities in the American market.

Strategic Partners in a Time of Change

As industries confront mounting complexity—from geopolitical tension and digital disruption to ESG accountability—collaboration is more critical than ever. ALTIX is proud to support the EACC’s mission to foster these essential conversations and connect transatlantic leaders in meaningful ways.

Through these events, a shared theme emerged: transformation must be intentional. Whether it’s automating for flexibility, embedding sustainability for resilience, or aligning international expansion with long-term strategy, ALTIX equips industrial leaders with the expertise, structure, and executional power to thrive in a changing world.

We thank the EACC for its continued leadership and are honored to stand alongside a global community committed to progress, innovation, and industrial excellence.
