David is a seasoned Human Resources Advisor with 25 years’ experience leading the development and implementation of talent-facing solutions for both private and public companies in the US, as well as special assignments in Norway, Sweden and England.
David’s experience spans across multiple industries, including professional services, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and economic development. His expertise encompasses core HR functions including talent management processes and programs, talent acquisition solutions development, HR systems optimization, workforce development solutions, and training development and delivery.
David is passionate about developing and delivering custom, talent-based solutions that help clients reach their business goals. He takes pride in leveraging a collaborative, servant-leader approach to identify the most impactful and tangible solutions.
David holds an undergraduate degree from Ohio University and a graduate degree from Xavier University. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business, where he teaches a Talent Acquisition and Staffing course as part of their Master of Arts in Human Resources program. During his time there, he has consistently earned Dean’s List of Teaching Excellence honors and his course has moved from being an elective to a required course for the AM program.
David lives in Cincinnati with his wife and two children.
