Christian is a senior strategic advisor, consultant, and management executive with over 30 years of global experience leading operations for multinational companies such as BASF and P&G, as well as family-owned industrial leaders like Festo, across France, Ireland, and Germany.
As a strong, result-focused and success-oriented technical leader, Christian specializes in business transformation and digitalization, guiding complex industry expansions and efficiency improvement programs across Europe, North America, and Asia. In his leadership roles, he has planned and executed numerous factory expansions, relocations, and integrations of acquired companies, introduced fully integrated production systems, restructured product portfolios, and harmonized global manufacturing standards.
A German native fluent in French and English, Christian has successfully led multicultural teams across multiple continents and time zones, driving operational excellence and innovation in diverse industrial environments.
Outside of work, Christian is an avid runner and enjoys jogging through the forests of the Taunus mountains.
Christian holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Design) from the University of Applied Sciences Karlsruhe, Germany, and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) from the Universities of Karlsruhe and Stuttgart.
