With over 30 years of global industry experience, including 25 years in multinational manufacturing leadership and 5 years in high-impact consulting at ALTIX, Lucy brings pragmatic strategic insights, operational depth, and cross-sector influence. Having worked in multiple manufacturing facilities and held leadership roles at two Fortune 500 multinationals, Procter & Gamble and Coty, Lucy now partners with manufacturing leaders to drive business transformation and digitalization across strategy, operations, and supply chain ecosystems.
Lucy’s areas of expertise are strategic planning & execution, supply chain and S&OP, digital transformation, and manufacturing operations. She aims to understand the interdependencies inside the company and opportunities with external partners. Lucy strives in a complex environment that needs simplification, bringing creative and effective solutions that amplify the strengths of the organization.
Lucy holds an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Texas, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and numerous professional certifications and awards. She is a Black Belt, Six Sigma certified. She has also consulted in the public sector leading workforce and strategic planning initiatives and serves as Vice Chair of a Regional not for profit executive board.
Lucy is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, and she lives with her family in the Cincinnati region of the United States.
