Pauline Sharpe is a Junior Associate & ALTIX Academy Coordinator, supporting ALTIX Senior Advisors and leadership teams in translating strategy into disciplined execution while ensuring the seamless delivery of ALTIX’s talent development programs.
As a Junior Associate, Pauline works under the supervision of ALTIX Senior Advisors to support client engagements across strategy, operations, and organizational development. She contributes through execution, coordination, and project support activities that enable senior advisors to focus on strategic analysis, client leadership, and high-value advisory work.
As ALTIX Academy Coordinator, Pauline leads the coordination of ALTIX Academy programs, working closely with the ALTIX team to support program delivery. She helps ensure efficient execution and the effective deployment of ALTIX expertise across both public programs and client-specific initiatives.
Pauline’s experience spans operations, consultative sales, and HR technology. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with degrees in International Business and Marketing, she began her career at Cintas Corporation, later holding sales roles across multiple markets before transitioning into technology sales at Paycor.
She is driven by connecting strategy to execution through clear communication, disciplined coordination, and strong relationships. Outside of work, Pauline is an avid traveler and an active community volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana.
