Steve is also well-versed in ITAR compliance, ensuring adherence to U.S. export regulations in sensitive industries.
Steve began his engineering career at GE Aviation, where he advanced through multiple executive roles by leveraging his deep understanding of end-to-end solutions—from traditional engineering to cutting-edge analytics and seamless integration with supply chain and manufacturing.
With a strong engineering foundation, global resource knowledge, and a passion for process optimization, Steve has built a successful track record in cost reduction methodologies, product costing, business leadership, and strategic growth. Additionally, he is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio and a Certified Engineer (CEng) in Europe.
