He has designed and executed supply chain, logistics, and product strategies for automotive, industrial, aerospace, transportation, renewable energy and retail industries across Asia, Europe, South America, and the US, leading large-scale initiatives in manufacturing operations, strategic sourcing, procurement, planning, quality, and distribution logistics.
At ALTIX, Ramesh partners with industrial clients to drive business transformation, and operational excellence. He leverages digitalization, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize supply chains, enhance decision-making, accelerate new product introduction, and unlock growth opportunities.
His work spans end-to-end supply chain strategy, network design, inventory optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), manufacturing operations, and distribution capability development, helping companies achieve measurable performance improvements and sustainable results.
Ramesh is a Six Sigma Black Belt, holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management & Finance from Michigan State University, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
